Did another restoration company tell you that they can completely remove all the mold in your home or business? Let’s make this clear… There is no way for any company to remove ALL mold from any place. Why? Mold naturally occurs and is impossible to remove completely. It becomes a structural and/or health hazard when it grows out of control. The term “removal” applies to the removal of the affected items and material. That’s when the “remediation” occurs in order to repair and treat all affected areas in order to get the natural mold count back down to healthy levels.
Our certified, experienced technicians understand the science involved in effective remediation. We will assess the damage and be there to help throughout the entire process, including the tedious task of dealing with your insurance provider so you don’t have to! From start to finish, we’re there when you need us most.

SEE WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY!

We had water damage from the toilet in the unit above us overflowing and leaking through our wall and into the floors. Our insurance company mishandled our claim from day one when our adjuster lied about what repairs the initial EMS vendor said needed to be done. That vendor backed out of the project when our adjuster tried to force him to do a limited scope of work from what he was recommending. At that point, I searched for another water mitigation company. I found Water Damage Zone on yelp and gave them a call. Elan Kissar came out to take a look at our home and put together a quote to submit to insurance. He has lots of experience with insurance companies, especially difficult ones like ours, and provided a lot of advice so that we could get a resolution with our insurance company. A few weeks later, Angela Valdez introduced herself and became the primary point person. Angela was great and also provided a lot of advice on how to deal with our insurance company which was very difficult every step of the way. Our insurance company sent us a payment for the exact amount of the Water Damage Zone quote but told us 1/3 of it needed to be paid to the initial EMS vendor. We were never able to get the insurance company to budge on providing the full payment to each of these two vendors so we ultimately ended up hiring a different company for the water mitigation who agreed to do it for the remaining amount we had from the payment. Although we didn't use Water Damage Zone, I would highly recommend them as their expertise and willingness to help us was stellar. I can't say enough good things about Elan and Angela!
